Mkoba woman kidnaps neighbor’s son

A thirty year old woman from Mkoba Gweru was convicted for kidnapping her neighbor’s four year old son and sentenced to 18 months in prison.

Febby Chamunorwa who stood before Gweru magistrate Ms Mildred Matuvi kidnapped the child to sustain a lie she had told a Zvishavane man that they had a child together.

Six months of her 18 month jail sentence were suspended on condition of good behavior.
